   i dont blame inuyasha for being so sad but he has to remember that kikyo is a very strong woman. i believe she will do just fine in heaven. i know she will be surely missed.

   i cried but even tho kikyo changed i dont like her :/i want kagome and inuyasha to be togethor now.

   @thanialover I agree, I also dont like the fact that Kikyo changed all the sudden at the end by being so nice and understanding. Throughout the manga/series up until just recently Kikyo has been cold, distant, bitter, resentful, unforgiving, jealous of Kagome being alive, and Kag’s caring, fully trusting, loyal good natured heart and spirit. Even after knowing that Inu never betrayed Kikyo, she still held on to those feelings. Now the sudden change of heart?!

   I’m not saying that’s Kikyo’s feelings weren’t warranted and that she should have never felt them, but her actions throughout the manga/series until near the very end were deplorable. And it upsets me that Kikyo has always had this “HOLIER THAN THOU” attitude by constantly looking down on Kagome being her “copy and weak” as well as constantly trying to test Kagome’s purity of heart and good intentions.

   Kikyo’s feelings may have been justified BUT her actions were NOT! Kikyo held so much animosity and resentment against Kagome for far too long. If Kik were in Kag’s place she wouldn’t have acted so selfless and honorably by saving someone’s life several times whom despised her and was competition for IY’s affections. Kagome has had to prove herself to be the better person by saving Kikyo several times, trying to reason with her, and not hating her for all the pain and suffering Kikyo caused.

    i’m not a sincitive type of person, but when inuyasha started crying i literally was cyring my eyes out. kikyo wasn’t my fave character in the beginning, but she changed. poor inuyasha. T_T
