Onemanga has this, yes. Because a lot of manga-ka have made Evangelion AUs, and this is one of them.

well…i think of it as a doujinshi. i mean, the author is not from gainax, but the characters are from nge. anyway, this comes from monthly asuka, a manga magazine, and i get it from turtleparadise-dot-desertmoon.
