   After the bushin was destroyed the information got sent to the real Naruto. Naruto is like ‘what?!’ Sasuke is ‘i didn’t deal with well…’ Then it goes to later on in the day after the mission is done and they both know which leads to the akwardness. And Naruto saying that thank you and sorry doesn’t fit about what had happened (the kiss, the protecting him in the haku arc and their relationship in general) so he says ‘i love you’ fits best. And that’s really it! XD
